DUTCH Hormone Testing
DUTCH Hormone Test
DUTCH
DUTCH stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. It's an easy test which gives you a full picture of what both your reproductive and stress hormones are doing over a given period of time. That period of time can be anything from a few days to a few weeks.
How do I prepare for a Dutch hormone test?
Limit total fluid intake to 32 to 64 ounces on the day of testing. Urine samples are best if they are not too diluted. Collect urine only, two to three hours after waking. Rinse your mouth with water 10 minutes prior to collecting saliva.
